Tradition and formality.

We mill the highest-grade Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, to 35% of its original grain and extract the finest essence from moromi unrefined ake through the most fastidious brewing processes. An ample liquor, cleanly transparent-a liquor in which a brilliant yet mellow bouquet neatly harmonizes with the taste of the rice.
